We are HIPAA-compliant, national standards enacted by the U.S. Congress to protect the privacy of personal health information. (HIPAA is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.)
1) Emoshuns, Inc. Client Confidentiality
Once you contact us and become a client of Emoshuns, Inc., the confidentiality of records maintained by us is protected by Federal law and regulations.
We protect our clients' privacy and will never disclose anything to anyone unless you request we do so in writing.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
We do not collect personally identifying information about any individual web site user except when knowingly provided by such individual.
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction that you have requested. You always have the option not to provide information we request.

Browser Level Information

This information is collected and used in an aggregated, anonymous manner for internal analysis of traffic patterns within our web site. Such information is automatically logged by most web sites.
Security
We store information on servers located in the United States. We use procedural and technical safeguards to protect all information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect privacy. Notwithstanding best practices, "perfect security" does not exist.

We may occasionally update our privacy policy. When we do, we will revise the date appearing at the top of our policy statement. If there are substantial changes, we will notify you either by placing a prominent notice on the home page of our web site, or by directly sending a notification.
